Warranty, return and exchange
Exchange or return of quality goods
· Return of Goods purchased in the online store:
Goods that are manufactured or assembled using materials, parts, etc. of your choice are not subject to the right of withdrawal and you cannot return them without giving a reason.
You can return other Goods by notifying the Seller within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by e-mail info@brandas.eu and attaching proof of purchase. You can use the return form here . After submitting the notification, you must send or deliver the Goods back to the Seller within 14 calendar days to the address Drobės g. 29L, LT-45187 Kaunas, Lithuania.
The returned Product must be unused, with labels and in its original packaging, undamaged and in good condition. We will consider that you have fulfilled this requirement if, when testing the Product, you have only performed such actions as are necessary for the evaluation of the Product and which you would normally perform if you were to inspect the Product in a physical store, and you do not assemble/assemble or attempt to assemble/assemble the Product.
The Buyer is responsible for the completion and packaging of the returned Product. If the Product is not completed and properly packaged, the Seller will not accept the returned Product.
· Exchange or return of goods purchased in a physical store:
Quality furniture and lighting, bedding, as well as reproductions and other printing industry products and other Goods provided for in legal acts purchased in a physical store are not exchangeable or returnable.
If you wish to return or exchange a Product other than the specified one, you may do so within 14 days of the Product being delivered to you. When exchanging or returning the Product, it must be unused, unassembled/unassembled or attempted to be assembled/assembled, with the labels attached and in the original packaging, undamaged and undamaged. To exchange or return the Product, you must provide a cash register receipt, an invoice issued to you by the Seller, a payment card statement or other document confirming the purchase of the Product, and you must also indicate the reason for the exchange or return and fill out/sign the application or other document provided by the Seller.
Product quality guarantee, return and exchange of defective products
The Goods are subject to a warranty provided for in the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, i.e. the Seller is liable to the consumer for any non-compliance of the Goods with the quality requirements at the time of delivery of the Goods and which becomes apparent no later than two years after delivery of the Goods. The Seller also provides a 24-month warranty for the furniture body, and a 12-month quality warranty for other furniture parts (mechanisms, upholstery, textiles, grilles, slats, etc.).
When accepting the Goods, you must carefully inspect the packaging of the Goods and the quantity of the Goods and, if you find any damage to the packaging or that the Goods you ordered are missing, inform the person delivering the Goods to you and ensure that this is noted in the documents confirming the acceptance of the Goods (consignment note), and record the identified defects in photographs and/or video material.
After receiving the Product, you must unpack and inspect it within 5 working days.
If you believe that the Product purchased in the E-store is of inadequate quality and you have identified its defects, you must notify the Seller of this and your preferred solution by e-mail no later than two months from the date of discovery of the non-conformity.
Goods with noticeable defects or damage may not be used or installed/assembled, and you must notify the Seller of any defects noticed prior to the installation/assembly of the Goods before the start of the installation/assembly of the Goods.
The warranty applies to product quality defects that occurred due to the manufacturer's fault before the Product was delivered to you.
We will repair any quality deficiencies in the furniture found during the warranty period or replace it with quality ones at our own expense.
The following are not considered to be defects in the quality of furniture and the warranty conditions do not apply:
· When the furniture matches the description provided in the Seller's E-store.
· In the event of natural wear and tear of the furniture or a change in its properties, due to possible wrinkles formed on textiles, fabrics, naturally worn parts, furniture fabrics, and the overall appearance of the furniture.
· For unevenness in the natural texture of wood, textiles, fabric or leather.
· If the furniture was damaged due to the fault of the buyer: due to improper use, intentional damage, installation or repair not performed by the Seller, fire, damage caused by materials, liquid, animals and other external influences (e.g. scratches, tears, cracks, chips, dents, fractures, creaks, sagging, fading, stains, mechanical parts, hinges, lifting mechanisms, drawer runners, etc.)
· +/- up to 5 cm for discrepancies in furniture dimensions compared to the data provided in the E-store.
· There may be differences in shades and textures between the textile, fabric, and wood samples provided to the Buyer (in stock, in the E-store, etc.) and the Product.
· New furniture emits an odor that disappears when the room is aired out.
· Some parts of the furniture (pull-out mattress, support or interior furniture parts) are covered with auxiliary fabric, the color of which may differ from the main color of the furniture fabric.
· Uneven softness on individual elements of upholstered furniture, when such differences are due to different parts of the upholstered furniture, different designs.
· Looseness of furniture textiles or genuine leather on upholstered furniture is possible because it occurs due to the natural stretching of the fabric.
· When a buyer orders furniture at different times, the goods may be manufactured at different times, so the shades of textiles, fabric, wood, etc. may vary. and slightly different dimensions and shapes.
· When the buyer has not followed the furniture installation/assembly, use and maintenance instructions.
· Display goods, other Goods discounted due to quality defects and Goods whose defects/flaws have been discussed with you in advance are not covered by the quality guarantee, unless the Seller specifies otherwise.
