The lamella of an oak fingerboard tabletop is shorter than the tabletop and runs through part of the tabletop. The solid oak lamellas are not selected and matched according to color or wood texture when gluing the tabletop, so the tabletop is slightly more variegated than a solid lamella tabletop.
